And although she didn't actually break into song, the message was there:

"Que Sera, my dear - the future's not our see, whatever will be, will be."
One thing is certain though - she never foresaw alpacas. She, for sure, never said "Some fine day you will discover the joy of raising alpacas."

But, there you are...When people ask me now "How on earth did you get into alpacas? I have actually been known to break into song - Que Sera, Sera - but I'm thinking to myself, 'I've just always been lucky.'

Our little Suzie Q is a real Q-tee - sturdy and sassy and full of spunk.  She has a wonderfully soft fleece - incredible staple length, nice bundling, bright and very fine. I thoroughly enjoyed hand spinning her cria fleece ...it produced a remarkably soft and bright yarn - it's hard to believe butter can shine like that! Her dam is our indomitable Maggie who has also given us our beautiful Rubens , sweet Lulu and the amazing Broonie. Her sire is First Lady's Chiron, a strong dense male with great conformation and the softness we've come to expect from Lady's offspring.   She has grown into a graceful young female and we are really looking forward to that first cria.
