Rubens is an exquisite male with amazingly bright fleece bundled nicely with crimpy, fine fiber. He has remarkable staple length plus impressive density, a commanding presence and great conformation. He also has wonderful genetics - Cloud Nine Altair, PCA Destino, Pperuvian Camilio, Peruvian Hemingway, OK, enough name dropping. We believe Rubens has much to offer your breeding program. He is closely related to several of our females and is half brother to our primary herdsire, Altair's Vito which makes him surplus to our needs. We believe that he will never have the chance to shine the way he deserves if he stays here and he is just too good to geld. He has one cria on the ground - a robust little white male (from a medium brown female) with fleece characteristics similar to his sire.
